Blisters & sore spots

A night out on high heels or a day of shopping are great pleasure. Unfortunately activities like this can cause blisters - don't let them ruin your fun.

Prevention

  • Buy shoes that are comfortable and fit properly.

  • Take an extra pair of socks and shoes with you.

  • Put on an anti-blister gel before you go out. It will reduce friction and prevent blisters from appearing.

Treatment

  • Never open a blister, the blister skin roof protects against infection.

  • If the blister opens accidentally, don’t remove the outer skin layer. Use a special blister plaster to protect against dirt and bacteria.

  • Blister plasters are designed to reduce pain and help blisters heal faster.

  • Only change the blister plaster when it peels off by itself. This will give the blister a little time to heal in peace.
