Reduce tension headaches

Stretching at your desk with this easy exercise can help to reduce tension headaches

ROUNDED SHOULDERS

Exercise step by step

  1. Objective: Stretching the cervical
    muscles to reduce tension headaches.
  2. Starting Position:
    Sit in an upright posture.

    Movement: Pull your chin towards your chest by slowly rolling your head and neck down. Hold this position for 10 seconds and then return to the starting position.
    Repeat this exercise 3 times.
