HOW TO APPLY. 1. Open wrist and thumb strap. Slide hand into brace and thumb into thumb hole. 2. Wrap wrist strap around wrist and secure. 3. Wrap and secure thumb strap around thumb. Adjust the straps until you have a tight but comfortable feel. DIRECTIONS: Only use on clean, intact skin. The product should be applied as indicated. Ensure product is not uncomfortably tight and blood flow is not restricted. Avoid wearing over prolonged periods e.g. whilst sleeping. Do not use if you suffer from vascular diseases or have a known allergy to any of the specified materials. Product contains latex.
