HOW TO APPLY: 1. Center support along the lower back with the curved edge pointing downwards. 2. Wrap the main straps around the waist and attach with mild pressure on the front. 3. Pull the side cinch straps forward and secure them along the main straps. Adjust the placemebt of the cinch strap fasteners to achieve the correct level of support for your needs.
